Synopsis'फूल' के. आसिफ़ की एक आरंभिक फ़िल्म थी — 'मुग़ल-ए-आज़म' शुरू करने से पाँच वर्ष पहले। लेखक कमाल अमरोही, निर्माण 'फ़ेमस पिक्चर्स', और 1945 के सबसे बड़े कलाकार-समूहों में से एक: पृथ्वीराज कपूर, वीणा, सुरैया, दुर्गा खोटे, सितारा देवी और याक़ूब। बॉक्स ऑफ़िस इंडिया इसे उस वर्ष की चौथी सबसे अधिक कमाई वाली भारतीय फ़िल्म बताता है। ग्यारहों गीत ग़ुलाम हैदर ने रचे। कथानक किसी उपलब्ध स्रोत में दर्ज नहीं, इसलिए यहाँ उसका पुनर्निर्माण नहीं किया गया।

Phool was an early feature by K. Asif, five years before he began Mughal-e-Azam, written by Kamal Amrohi and produced by Famous Pictures with one of the largest casts of the 1945 season — Prithviraj Kapoor, Veena, Suraiya, Durga Khote, Sitara Devi and Yakub. Box Office India ranks it the fourth highest-grossing Indian film of that year. Ghulam Haider wrote all eleven songs. The plot is not set out in any source reachable for this entry, and no synopsis has been reconstructed here.

Eleven songs, all composed by Ghulam Haider. The titles divide between Persianised Urdu lyrics (haal-e-dil, hijr, lab), Braj-inflected Hindi (naina, pee, dwar) and one martial exhortation. Suraiya is the only singer named in the reference literature, credited on three tracks; the remaining eight carry no singer credit and no lyricist is documented for any song.
