अरमान मलिक

Armaan Malik (born 22 July 1995) is an Indian playback singer and songwriter from Mumbai, representing the third generation of a storied film-music family: he is the grandson of composer Sardar Malik, son of Daboo Malik, and younger brother of composer Amaal Mallik. He first drew attention as a child on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L'il Champs in 2006 and sang as a child vocalist on the Taare Zameen Par soundtrack the following year.

His adult playback career took off in the mid-2010s, often in tandem with his brother's compositions, through hits such as "Naina" (Khoobsurat, 2014), "Main Rahoon Ya Na Rahoon" (2015), "Sab Tera" (Baaghi, 2016), "Bol Do Na Zara" (Azhar, 2016), and "Pehla Pyaar" (Kabir Singh, 2019). A multilingual singer, he also delivered the Telugu blockbuster "Butta Bomma" (Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, 2020), one of the most-streamed Indian songs of its era.

Malik has pushed beyond Bollywood into global pop, releasing English-language singles such as "Control" (2020) and collaborating with international artists. His honours include the Filmfare R.D. Burman Award for New Music Talent and multiple MTV Europe Music Awards for Best India Act. He continues to be one of Hindi cinema's busiest young playback voices, with a steady stream of film songs and independent singles through the 2020s.
