सुनिधि चौहान (जन्म नाम: निधि चौहान, जन्म 14 अगस्त 1983) एक भारतीय पार्श्वगायिका हैं, जो हिंदी और कई अन्य भारतीय भाषाओं में अपनी दमदार और बहुमुखी आवाज़ के लिए जानी जाती हैं। नई दिल्ली में रंगमंच कलाकार दुष्यंत कुमार चौहान के घर जन्मीं सुनिधि ने बचपन से ही स्थानीय आयोजनों और प्रतियोगिताओं में गाना शुरू कर दिया था। अभिनेत्री तबस्सुम ने उन्हें देखा, टेलीविज़न पर मौका दिया और परिवार को मुंबई जाने की सलाह दी। बाद में उन्होंने टेलीविज़न गायन प्रतियोगिता 'मेरी आवाज़ सुनो' में पहचान बनाई। चौहान ने किशोरावस्था में फ़िल्म 'शास्त्र' (1996) से हिंदी पार्श्वगायन में पदार्पण किया, लेकिन 'मस्त' (1999) के गीत 'रुकी रुकी सी ज़िंदगी' ने उन्हें स्थापित किया और उन्हें फ़िल्मफ़ेयर आर.डी. बर्मन नव संगीत प्रतिभा पुरस्कार दिलाया। तीन दशकों के करियर में उन्होंने हज़ारों गीत रिकॉर्ड किए हैं और ऊर्जावान डांस नंबरों के साथ-साथ रोमांटिक व शास्त्रीय-प्रभावित गीतों के लिए भी बॉलीवुड की प्रमुख आवाज़ों में गिनी जाती हैं। उन्होंने सर्वश्रेष्ठ महिला पार्श्वगायिका का फ़िल्मफ़ेयर पुरस्कार दो बार जीता है — 'बीड़ी जलाइले' (ओंकारा, 2006) और 'शीला की जवानी' (तीस मार ख़ान, 2010) के लिए — इनके अलावा 'धूम मचाले' (धूम, 2004) जैसे कई लोकप्रिय गीत भी उनके नाम हैं। उन्होंने 2012 में संगीतकार हितेश सोनिक से विवाह किया।

Sunidhi Chauhan (born Nidhi Chauhan, 14 August 1983) is an Indian playback singer known for her bold vocal range and versatility across Hindi and several other Indian languages. Born in New Delhi to theatre artist Dushyant Kumar Chauhan, she began performing at local functions and competitions as a young child and was spotted by actress Tabassum, who featured her on television and encouraged the family to relocate to Mumbai. She later won recognition on the televised singing contest Meri Awaaz Suno.
Chauhan made her Hindi playback debut as a teenager with the film Shastra (1996), but it was "Ruki Ruki Si Zindagi" from Mast (1999) that established her, earning her the Filmfare RD Burman Award for New Music Talent. Over a career spanning three decades, she has recorded thousands of songs and become known as one of Bollywood's most prominent voices for high-energy dance numbers as well as romantic and classical-influenced pieces.
She has won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Playback Singer twice, for "Beedi Jalaile" (Omkara, 2006) and "Sheila Ki Jawani" (Tees Maar Khan, 2010), among numerous other popular hits including "Dhoom Machale" (Dhoom, 2004). She married music composer Hitesh Sonik in 2012.
