The Monographजीवनी Biography

The Shloka is a pseudonymous Indian devotional-music project that writes and performs Sanskrit-inflected Hindu devotional material. It first drew notice with the independent single "ASUR" featuring Dharam Bhatt (2024), and reached a much wider audience on the soundtrack of the animated mythological film Mahavatar Narsimha (2025), composed by Sam C.S., where The Shloka is credited as lyricist and vocalist on tracks including "Asura Theme", "Roar of Narsimha", "Jag Mein Tera Naam Ho" and "Hari Ki Gatha". The project has continued with independent singles such as "Pahuna" (2025) and "Forsaken" (2026). The identity of the artist or collective behind the name is not publicly documented.
