Where Roar of Narsimha is a battle-cry and Om Namo Bhagavate a mantra, Hari Ki Gatha is the story-song — a traditional katha rendered in modern cinematic scale, tracing Vishnu's divine interventions through the ages. The three voices interweave in a call-and-response pattern that evokes both temple kirtana and Western choral traditions.

Sam C.S. uses Hari Ki Gatha as the album's narrative anchor — the track that explains the mythological architecture underpinning the film. The arrangement is the most complex on the album: three distinct vocal lines (Krishaang RP's grounded male voice, Shivathmika's lighter soprano, Rihana's mid-register response) are woven together against a full orchestral texture with dhol-and-timpani percussion. The Macedonian Symphonic Orchestra's strings swell to their fullest here, giving the track an operatic quality that positions Indian devotional narrative within a global cinematic music tradition.

The Shloka collective crafts a lyric that functions as a condensed Dashavatar stotra — each verse saluting one avatar's intervention. The Sanskrit framework is deliberate: it locates the film within the Puranic tradition while giving non-Sanskrit-speaking audiences a sense of ancient authority through sound alone. The repetition of 'Hari' as a refrain works as both a mantra and a narrative chorus.

Director Ashwin Kumar and Sam C.S. discussed the placement of Hari Ki Gatha as a musical bridge between the Varaha and Narasimha narratives — the two avatars the film depicts. The three-voice ensemble was chosen to suggest the multiple perspectives witnessing divine events: the devotee, the sage, and the cosmos itself.

As the first animated Indian film to use an ensemble choral approach of this scope, Mahavatar Narsimha set a template for future Indian mythological animation projects. Hari Ki Gatha stands as the most ambitious track in that template.
