मधुसूदन

Madhusudhan is a 1941 Hindi film directed by Balwant Bhatt, with a cast led by Kumar, Maya Bannerji, Jeevan, Gulab and Ashalata. Its title — one of the names of Krishna — together with a song list rich in devotional address ("Mori Binti Suno Girdhari", "Jaha Kahi Ho Nari Pujan") points to a devotional-mythological subject drawn from the Krishna tradition. The film's score was composed by Pandit Badri Prasad to lyrics by A. Karim.
