A nostalgic lament sung by Zeenat Begum, addressed to a bird as the singer asks where her time of happiness has gone. The bird-as-confidant is a long-standing device in Hindustani lyric tradition, and Qamar Jalalabadi uses it here for a song of loss within the Chand story.
