Against bureaucratic resistance and political pressure, Dubey pursues the elusive terrorist leader Ghazi Baba into dangerous territory. A taut counterterrorism thriller rooted in the lived experience of Kashmir's security forces, it portrays the personal cost of duty with Emraan Hashmi in a career-redefining role.
