Bappi Lahiri, who died in 2022, is credited posthumously — making Usha Uthup's return to his composition a moving, celebratory tribute.

Sachdev and Bappi Lahiri's posthumous co-composer credit reflects the care with which the original disco architecture was preserved. The synth-heavy, string-driven production retains the analog warmth of Lahiri's 1980s style while polishing it for contemporary listening. Madhubanti Bagchi — who elsewhere on the album demonstrates her classical training — here fully commits to Lahiri's disco idiom, while Usha Uthup brings her legendary gravel-and-gold timbre that remains genuinely distinctive.

Indeevar's lyric is preserved faithfully — a playful, body-celebrating disco lyric that names the mythological dancer Rambha as an archetype of irresistible movement. Its irreverence and physicality are classic of the Bappi Lahiri-Indeevar collaboration style.

Bappi Lahiri died in February 2022. Usha Uthup was among his closest and most frequent collaborators through the 1980s.
