Pritam's 23-track double album (Side A and Side B) is the film's artistic centrepiece — drawing on classical Urdu ghazal poetry (Qaisar-ul-Jafri, Momin Khan Momin, Mirza Ghalib) alongside new verse by Sandeep Shrivastava, Amitabh Bhattacharya, Neelesh Misra, and Anurag Sharma. The album generated 63+ million Spotify streams for its lead single Zamaana Lage before the film's theatrical release, and featured Arijit Singh, Papon, Vishal Mishra, Raghav Chaitanya, Neeti Mohan, Shreya Ghoshal, B Praak, Shilpa Rao, Sachet Tandon, Akasa Singh, and Tulsi Kumar across its tracks.
