Documented by the song-archive Atul's Song A Day as an 'actor-singer' number expressing the feelings of the heart, it sits within Keshavrao Bhole's score for this love-triangle melodrama. As with the rest of the film, the words were written by Pt. Mukhram Sharma 'Ashant'.
