'Teri Chaahat' is a delicate 3:05-minute romantic duet from Chhaava (Sony Music India, 2025), sung by Jonita Gandhi and Iranian vocalist Seeta Qasemi. Composed by A. R. Rahman with Irshad Kamil's lyrics, it represents the film's most intimate musical moment — placing a Persian-Hindi vocal dialogue between two women's voices to evoke the inner life of Yesubai, Sambhaji's queen. The bilingual vocal pairing reflects Rahman's long-standing interest in cross-cultural musical bridges.

Rahman constructs the arrangement around the Persian daf drum and santoor, with a thin layer of North Indian classical strings providing continuity. Jonita Gandhi's upper-register clarity and Qasemi's deeper, more guttural Persian-classical timbre create a vocal contrast that sounds both ancient and cinematic.
