वेलकम टू द जंगल – टाइटल ट्रैक

The title track of Welcome to the Jungle (2026) is an ebullient party anthem sung by Shaan, Priya Patidar, and composer Vikram Montrose, with lyrics by Meggha Bali for Times Music. Released on May 19, 2026, the 3:54 track functions as the film's theme — announcing the arrival of Akshay Kumar's manic comedy reboot of the original Welcome franchise. Bollywood Hungama called it a song that 'brings back the charm of the OG [original] song', referencing the franchise's 2007 original soundtrack. The title track represents the franchise's first new original composition in nearly two decades.

Vikram Montrose draws on the original Welcome franchise's DNA while updating it for 2026 dance floors — heavy dhol, punchy brass stabs, and a chorus hook that escalates rather than repeats. Shaan's voice, which has been a fixture of Bollywood party anthems since the 1990s, brings veteran credibility to the production, while Priya Patidar provides the contemporary female energy and Montrose himself voices the rap-inflected bridge. The track's production is deliberately nostalgic with modern mastering.

Part of the Welcome to the Jungle (2026) soundtrack for the Ahmed Khan-directed comedy starring Akshay Kumar, released via Times Music. The film earned ₹137.28 crore worldwide, making it commercially successful despite mixed reviews.

The title track became one of the most-played songs in Indian clubs in June-July 2026, the month of the film's release. Its success proved that franchise nostalgia, when executed well, can override critical scepticism — the film earned ₹137 crore despite mixed reviews, with the soundtrack as a major promotional driver.
