Saathi – Male Version (4:16) is the second recording of Kausar Munir's title lyric for Phule (2025), performed by composer Rohan Pradhan with Rohan-Rohan's arrangement for Zee Music Company. Running one second shorter than Monali Thakur's female version, it provides the album's closing emotional mirror — hearing the same words of partnership spoken from the perspective of Jyotirao Phule, the reformer who relied on his wife as both intellectual equal and activist comrade.

Rohan Pradhan's vocal approach to Saathi is more meditative than Monali Thakur's version — where she brings warmth and motion, he brings stillness and gravity. The arrangement is near-identical, which focuses attention entirely on the tonal difference between the two voices hearing the same lyric from opposite sides of the partnership.

Kausar Munir's lyric, unchanged between versions, demonstrates how the same words can hold entirely different emotional weight depending on who speaks them. In the male version, 'saathi' becomes a statement of debt — the acknowledgment that behind every social revolution is a partnership that makes it possible.

Rohan Pradhan is one half of the composing duo Rohan-Rohan; his performing the male version was a practical choice that also deepened the personal investment of the composer in the project's emotional architecture.

The male version of Saathi circulated primarily in devotional and memorial contexts for Phule Jayanti, often paired with the female version in tribute video compilations celebrating the Phule couple's legacy.
