Rubaru (रूबरू) is the qawwali-inflected sad song of Khuda Haafiz Chapter 2 – Agni Pariksha (2022), composed by Vishal Mishra with lyrics by Manoj Muntashir, sung by Vishal Mishra himself alongside Asees Kaur and the Niazi Nizami Brothers. Released on 29 June 2022 by Zee Music Company as part of the film's soundtrack, days ahead of the movie's 8 July theatrical release, the track is picturized on lead pair Vidyut Jammwal and Shivaleeka Oberoi and functions as the film's emotional lament — marking the point in the story where loss and separation take hold of the couple's journey. Its inclusion of the traditional Niazi Nizami Brothers qawwal ensemble alongside mainstream playback voices gives the song a devotional, Sufi-rooted texture distinct from the soundtrack's more conventional romantic numbers.
