Vipin Patwa keeps the arrangement soft and melodic, favouring a gentle mid-tempo groove that lets the vocal interplay between Stebin Ben and Neha Karode carry the song. Stebin Ben's smooth, romantic tenor — a staple of his work across several 2020s Bollywood love songs — pairs with Neha Karode's lighter, more delicate delivery, the two voices trading lines in a call-and-response that builds gradually rather than peaking on a single big chorus moment, in keeping with the song's theme of romance building slowly before 'rising.'

Nasha Ishq Ka is the film's dedicated track for tracing this Adi-Nikki romance, providing a lighter, tender counterpoint to the film's action and comedy set-pieces. Nasha Ishq Ka's official Zee Music Company video has drawn nearly 3.5 million views, positioning it as a respectable if not chart-topping romantic track from a soundtrack overshadowed by the film's commercial failure. It has not achieved the kind of independent, evergreen popularity of standout Bollywood romantic duets, but remains a modestly streamed track on JioSaavn and Spotify playlists focused on 2022 Hindi romantic songs.
