The Monographमहत्व Significance

Space Gen: Chandrayaan is a significant cultural production from TVF (The Viral Fever) — the studio that redefined Hindi web-series storytelling for young audiences with Kota Factory and Panchayat. This series marked TVF's most ambitious subject, dramatising the Chandrayaan missions that had defined national pride in 2019 and 2023. Rohan Rohan's score, led by the patriotic anthem 'Ro Raha Hai Watan,' gave the series a musical identity connecting personal sacrifice to national aspiration. By bringing ISRO's journey to narrative drama format, the series extended the Chandrayaan story beyond news and documentary into an emotional record for the streaming generation.
Legacy

Space Gen: Chandrayaan launched on JioHotstar in January 2026 to a positive initial response (IMDB 6.5/10) and is still building its audience. As a very recent production, its longer cultural arc is unwritten. It established that ambitious science-nationalist narratives can find a mainstream Hindi OTT audience when backed by TVF's production infrastructure. Rohan Rohan's anthem 'Ro Raha Hai Watan' has early streaming traction and may outlast the series itself as a standalone patriotic piece.
