हिमोंशु पारिख

Himonshu Parikh is a Mumbai-based music producer, composer, keyboardist and singer-songwriter, best known as a founding member of the indie-rock band The Yellow Diary, for whom he produces and co-composes the music while also playing keys and singing backing vocals. The band's Hindi-Urdu rock sound has yielded some of Indian indie's most-streamed songs, including 'Roz Roz' — ranked among Spotify's best Indie India tracks of 2021 — along with 'Marz', 'Rab Raakha' and 'Tere Jeya Hor Disda'. Alongside the band, Parikh has released solo material through Warner Music India and has contributed production work to mainstream Bollywood and streaming projects, including music associated with Brahmastra and the series Mismatched. He describes production as 'creating a vibe for emotions to transcend', an approach that keeps melody and feeling at the centre of his richly layered electronic-rock arrangements.
