Sanjay Leela Bhansali — who scores his own films and series — builds Tilasmi Bahein on the ornate courtesan-music vocabulary that has become his signature: a medium-tempo mujra frame carried by tabla, sarangi, harmonium and the jingle of ghungroo, layered under lush orchestral strings.
