Shubhkamnayein (4:04) is the most traditionally structured song on the Maa (2025) soundtrack — a slow devotional benediction composed by Sunny Inder with lyrics by Kumaar and sung by Ravee Mishrra. At 4:04, it is the album's longest track. Placed after the visceral intensity of 'Kali Shakti' and the intimate grief of 'Humnava', Shubhkamnayein provides the album's emotional resolution — a formal offering of good wishes that echoes through the film's denouement once the supernatural threat has been defeated and the family must learn to live again.

Sunny Inder's arrangement for Shubhkamnayein is deliberately gentle — piano and harmonium establish a devotional foundation, flute adds lyrical ornamentation, strings arrive unhurried. The production has the quality of a carefully timed exhalation: after the sonic intensity of the film's climax, this track is designed to let the audience breathe. Kumaar's lyric for Shubhkamnayein works in the tradition of the aashirvaad geet — formal words of blessing offered at transitions: departures, arrivals, new beginnings after endings. The word 'shubhkamnayein' itself carries enough cultural weight to function as the song's entire emotional programme: wishing good things in a world that has recently been darkened.

Sunny Inder, known for work across Punjabi and Hindi film music, was brought in specifically for Shubhkamnayein, which sits compositionally outside the Rocky Khanna-Shiv Malhotra framework governing the rest of the Maa album. This suggests the track was a late addition or a deliberate compositional differentiation for the epilogue sequence.

Shubhkamnayein's gentle register made it the default choice for Maa fan edits focusing on the film's resolution and Kajol's final scenes, extending the song's life in fan communities well beyond the theatrical run.
