Shankarrao Vyas's setting of the Ram-stuti uses the classical dhrupad approach: slow tempo, unornamented melodic line, emphasis on the text's intrinsic rhythm. No film-orchestra swell, no commercial concession — the music serves the prayer.

The Tulsidas-rooted Ram-stuti names the complete royal family of Ayodhya: Ram (Raghunandan), Sita (Siya), Bharata, Lakshmana, Shatrughna. Each name is a devotional act; the listing itself is the prayer.

Ram Rajya's song tradition influenced every subsequent Hindi mythological score — the decision to ground film bhajan in classical dhrupad rather than commercial melody set a standard that producers like Vijay Bhatt maintained across the 1940s and 50s.
