Phir Se Zara (फिर से ज़रा) is the romantic centerpiece of the soundtrack for Attack: Part 1 (2022), Lakshya Raj Anand's cyborg-supersoldier action thriller starring John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez and Rakul Preet Singh. Composed by Shashwat Sachdev — who scored the film's full ten-track album — with lyrics by veteran hit-writer Kumaar, the song is sung by Jubin Nautiyal alongside the composer himself (credited on release as 'Sha'). Shashwat Sachdev, who composed the entire Attack album, gives Phir Se Zara a breathy, electro-rock-tinged arrangement built around Jubin Nautiyal's warm, restrained vocal delivery. Sachdev shares the singing credit on the official release himself — layering his own voice alongside Nautiyal's rather than staying purely in the producer's chair — a pattern consistent with his other songwriting-and-performing credits on this soundtrack (as on 'Ik Tu Hai' and 'Main Nai Tuttna'). The production sits gentler and more mid-tempo than the album's action-heavy, hip-hop-inflected tracks, giving the film a quieter emotional beat between its bigger set-piece numbers.

Kumaar's lyric plays with a classic teasing-romance conceit: the request to be sulked with ('rooth ja') again and again, purely so the singer gets to keep coaxing his partner back ('manaun main'). It's a lightweight, repeatable hook built for mass appeal rather than dense imagery — words like 'khamoshi' (silence) and the plea to 'bol na' (just speak) frame the song as a gentle nudge against emotional distance, a familiar and reliably effective register for Kumaar's mainstream Bollywood ballads.

Its inclusion in two versions on the album (the main duet and the standalone 'Sha' rendition) reflects its status as the soundtrack's designated romantic single, distinct from the album's more numerous high-energy, hip-hop-inflected action tracks.
