राज करेगा मालिक

Released on 4 July 2025, 'Raaj Karega Maalik' is Maalik's gangster anthem — a collaboration between pop vocalist Akasa Singh and Haryana rapper MC SQUARE (of Hustle 2.0 fame), composed by Sachin-Jigar with Amitabh Bhattacharya's lyrics, on Tips Music. The song's title is a declaration of the protagonist's rise: Deepak, the farmer's son turned criminal overlord, claiming his dominion. MC SQUARE's rap verses give the track a contemporary urgency, while Akasa Singh's melodic sections provide the anthemic hook. A separate Rap Version of the track was also included in the album.

Sachin-Jigar build 'Raaj Karega Maalik' on a propulsive hip-hop-meets-folk production — electronic beats layered over dhol-influenced percussion, synth pads, and heavy bass. MC SQUARE's flow is sharp and grounded in Haryanvi idiom without being regionally alienating; Akasa Singh provides the melodic anchoring that keeps the song accessible beyond its rap core. The track's energy is calibrated to serve as a theatrical statement of power.

Bhattacharya's declaration 'raaj karega maalik' is an Urdu-inflected power statement that works simultaneously as the film's narrative tagline and as the protagonist's internal transformation — the moment Deepak fully becomes Maalik, owner of his own destiny.

MC SQUARE's casting was a direct result of his Hustle 2.0 (Amazon Prime) popularity — his appearance in a major Tips Music production marked his first significant Bollywood crossover. Akasa Singh, known for her independent pop music, was a complementary choice.

The song represents the broadening of Bollywood's rapper pool beyond the established Honey Singh-Badshah axis — MC SQUARE's appearance signals the next generation of Hindi-Haryanvi rap entering mainstream film music.
