'Koi Mann Me Mere Bole' is one of the eleven songs Pandit Amarnath composed for Kaise Kahoon (1945), with words by Moti B.A. — the lyricist with the largest number of credits on this soundtrack. Unlike most of the album it has no singer attached to it in the surviving listings: the Hindi Film Geet Kosh and the catalogues derived from it record the title, the composer and the lyricist, and stop there. Rather than assign a voice by inference from the rest of the score, this entry leaves the singer field empty.

What can be said about the music is what can be said about the score around it. Pandit Amarnath was working in the Punjab-school manner that Pancholi Art Pictures had been selling since Khazanchi (1941) — melody kept direct and singable, folk rhythm under it, orchestration light enough to travel on a 78-rpm side. Beyond that, the record is not in circulation and no description of its scoring can be offered without invention.

The title names an experience rather than an event: not 'someone spoke to me' but 'someone speaks inside my heart' — the beloved installed as an interior voice, heard where no one else can hear it. That formulation is common enough in Hindi film writing of the period to be a convention, and it sits naturally in a film whose title asks how a thing is to be said at all. Kaise Kahoon was a Pancholi Art Pictures production made in Lahore, directed by Moti B. Gidwani and released on 16 November 1945. Atul's Song A Day credits the story to Dalsukh Pancholi himself and pakmag.net to Dr. A. H. Roypuri, but no summary of it survives in any source reachable here, and the exact scene this song accompanies is not documented.

This is one of the songs of Kaise Kahoon that left no trace beyond its title line in the record catalogues. It survives as an entry rather than as a recording, which is the ordinary fate of most of what Lahore's studios produced: the industry was dispersed in 1947, the negatives were lost or burned, and the discs that were not carried across the border by individual collectors simply stopped existing.
